LEADS kick-off

The first project meeting in LEADS happened in Neuchâtel, between October 26 and 27, 2012. All partners made a presentation of their teams, expectations and goals within LEADS. The work-package leaders presented roadmaps and plans for the years to come, and project management procedures were set among all partners. The meeting was very successful, we foresee 3 years of fruitful work together.
